Abstract
This paper describes the change of "personal space" of an operator of the android which is controlled to be synchronizing with the operator. The SCR (Skin Conductance Response) signal of the operator was measured as an indication of psychological or physiological arousal of the operator. The fluctuation of SCR was observed as reactions to stimuli of another person approaching android closely. The difference of reaction between two control conditions, synchronous and no motion, was significant.
