For the present study, we have successfully fabricated a novel cylinder-shaped device that is able to produce mono-dispersed plasma bubbles (balls) under atmospheric pressure and water environment. The generated plasma has characteristics of low temperature, which was generated by dielectric barrier discharge. Multiple-electrodes were mounted to transport the plasma bubbles (balls) to the further downstream to provide larger radical effect to the biological target. It was confirmed that the plasma bubble has been successfully transported downstream with the distance of 18.7[mm]. This study will be combined to the endoscopic treatment and contribute to the therapeutic aims, biomedical processes and sterilization treatment.
