Abstract
In recent years, researches on construction of 3D tissues in vitro that used micro-nano robotics are reported. In order to construct 3D tissues, cell parts with flexibility shape are necessary. In this time, we focused structure shape of mold for cell culture, we fabricated 3D micro-chamber array with free-form surface and sidewall inclination. Moreover, we succeeded fabrication of micro structures with various surface shapes by using only a slit shape and drive control of stage. The advantages of this method are that it is suitable for rapid prototyping and it reduces the fabrication time and cost since it is not necessary to fabricate conventional photolithographic masks. Moreover, cell culture solutions were applied to these 3D micro-chambers. As a result in cell culture experiment, cells were increased parallel to 3D surface.
