Abstract
In this paper, we propose an innovative system for mechanical parameter measurement of oocyte. There has been a previous research for mechanical parameter measurement of oocyte with a microfluidic chip, and high throughput measurement system has been achieved. But the research has problems about bubbles in the chip and success rate of oocyte injection. In order to improve them, we tilted the measurement system. Novelties of prepared methods are as follows. (1) We can make the system robust for bubbles by gravity and feed oocytes not by flow control but similarly by gravity. (2) We can inject oocytes on the same plane as the chip. We decided the proper angle of the chip for oocyte feeding from fundamental experiment. And we evaluated the robustness against bubbles and the success rate of oocyte injection. Finally, we measured mechanical parameter of oocyte.
