Abstract
The paper describes the development of an active double-hinged flapping mechanism for an aerial-aquatic mobile robot. In order to solve a flood rescue problem, first the robot approaches the place from air, then move through the water to approach it. This time, we propose an active double-hinged flapping mechanism to perform on the air and under the water maneuver. Through experimentation, we have checked the active double-hinged flapping mechanism.
