Abstract

A lot of collision accident between operator and machine tool is reported. But effective collision accident prevention is not currently proposed. Therefore authors propose the danger decision by measuring the human posture and face direction. By performing a danger decision, we aim the realization of effective collision accident prevention. To measure posture and face direction, we used Kinect v2. Kinect v2 can get skeleton information and face direction. In this paper, we examine whether it is possible to realize the danger decision throughout the experiment. This paper describes the summary of danger decision based on measurement of operator's posture and face direction. And also this paper describes experimental method and its result.
