In this paper, we report a result of the obsevation of the contact surface between the red blood cell which is in Cell Pinball mode and the microfluidic channel by utilizing reflection interference contrast microscopy(RICM) which can visualize a contact surface. Finally, we found that the observed contact surface is slightly smaller than the diameter of the normal red blood cell and its shape is almost circle.
