In this paper, we propose electrostatic adsorption film of wall moving robot. This device operates as a sucker after adhering to the wall using electrostatic adsorption . We made high voltage power supply and electrostatic adsorption film for this device. The high voltage power supply generates about 15 kV using the Cockroft-Walton circuit. The electrostatic adsorption film was made by laminating aluminum foil and PET film. It was confirmed that the suction force of this apparatus was 3.5 kgf. In addition, it was confirmed that the adsorption power was maintained even when the power was turned off.
