Keeping a working spaces tidy increases the office work efficiency. In this study, we propose a stationery holder robot to improve work efficiency of deskwork. The robot is developed based on human-robot interaction and encourages to maintain a tidy desktop by vibration. First, we explain the concept of the robot and introduce a prototype. In addition, we report the results of a preliminary experiment conducted to investigate the influence of robots on human errors occurring during work. The results of the preliminary experiment indicate that the robot can encourage to maintain a tidy desktop.
