In our study, we aim at developing a mitt training system which enables a trainee to do the mitt training alone whether at home or gym. By using the mitt training system, the trainee would be able to know his punch strength, good points or bad points of his punch motion, and so on. And it would help the trainee to correct his punch form. We developed the prototype of mitt training system using Makiwara, LEDs and pressure sensors. Using the system, punch motions were analyzed by using motion sensors. From the results, difference between the experienced trainee and the un-experienced trainee was observed.
