A water hydraulic manipulator is useful for clean condition tasks and we are developing the 4 joints manipulator. But the water hydraulic manipulator has one rotating joint operated by electric power, it is needed to change water hydraulic power source. However, the water hydraulic motor is complex and difficult to process, and its supply is limited in the world. We development of the water hydraulic motor by utilizing the water hydraulic servo-valve developed in our laboratory, and we were able to operate the prototype device. This paper reports the water hydraulic motor concept with 3 crank pistons and result of operating.
