We develop a new type of mechanism to realize an electricity storage system and a power generation system in the next generation. We simplify the bearing installed in the flywheel mechanism. Also we design it the bearing which is supported by point contact at two points. Main parts is constituted by two balls which are attached to the upper part and the lower part of the rotation axis.
