Biologging is an effective research approach attaches a data logger to body of animal and records their action data to reveal their secret. The long-term log is necessary for understanding of the navigation of seabirds, because they travel for several months. However, the current data logger has a limitation by capacity of battery. In this paper, we propose a microgeneration system for the data logger to overcome the problem. It is necessary to be small and lightweight to be attached to seabirds. In addition, proper output voltage is needed to charge a battery. A magnet coupling is employed to transmit rotation from a propeller to a motor shaft to achieve a waterproof body.
