This research proposes a support method for persons with upper limb disability, particularly paralyzed hand. The authors believe that supporting person’s finger movement is very important to improve their QOL in daily life. The current focus is on the development of a simple mechanism for supporting adduction and abduction of ring finger and small finger using only one motor.
