Various problems occur with increasing of mobile devices. For example, when charging mobile devices, there are restrictions of place that we have to move to neighborhood of the electric power system. In addition,we have to connect by a cable, and the problem such as mobility's being lost occurs. So, it's necessary to propose system which doesn't require location restrictions and connection restrictions on mobile devices. To realize the system,this paper shows how to control of a charging robot.
