環境制御型電顕内 CT 装置による骨芽細胞を培養したコラーゲン足場の観察

抄録

This study presents the computed tomography (CT) observation of collagen scaffold which was cultured osteoblast cells inside an environmental- scanning electron microscope (E-SEM). An aqueous condition is able to maintain inside 環境制御型電顕 by controlling the temperature and pressure. The CT observation of collagen scaffold was demonstrated using osteoblast cells for evaluating the calcification change.
