This report discusses on-chip manipulation with kHz order for possibly discovering a new cell behavior under such a ultra-high acceleration. Experimental system is composed of PDMS chip with micro fluidic channel, a microscope for observing a cell, a high speed vision for recording, a piezo actuator for actuating the cell, a function generator for providing a control signal to controller and a PC for managing the whole system. Through experiments, we could observe the cell shape even under 3kHz and obtained the gain characteristics with respect to frequency. We also discussed the gain characteristics by comparing with the analytical model of PDMS micro fluidic channel.
