Abstract

Reduction of leakage is a major problem in water hydraulic systems. Therefore, as a countermeasure against leakage in the servo valve, it is possible to reduce the amount of clearance between the spool and the sleeve. However, wear tends to occur between the spool and sleeve when the servo valve is driven. As a result, the durability of the servo valve decreases. Therefore, focusing on the wear resistance of the ceramic material, we considered that abrasion can be suppressed by using ceramics for the spool and sleeve. As a result, it was confirmed that wear of the spool and the sleeve was suppressed, and the durability of the servo valve was improved.
