The authors proposed a power generation engine system called a linear power generation engine (ICELG). ICELG does not have a crank mechanism, and the movement of the stroke is independent in each stroke. This enables optimum operation according to the state of each stroke, and improvement in efficiency is expected as compared with the conventional crank type engine. In the combustion, operation is performed with the aim of taking out more energy. In this paper, we evaluate the characteristics of equipment and derive efficiency points. Next, the velocity profile was calculated as the driving method using the efficiency point. The energy balance was evaluated using the calculated velocity profile, and good results were obtained.
