System Design of Small Fuel Cell Vehicle for Small Electric Vehicle Competition

Abstract

This paper presents the system design of a small fuel cell electric vehicle aiming for participation in the small electric vehicle competition; the World Econo Move (WEM). Only using small amount of Hydrogen of 120L (10g), each vehicle competes the running distance. Following the presentation of the fuel cell energy management system, this paper will present the mechanical system of the small fuel cell vehicle.
