We have been developing a Standing-up Support Device for standing action support. About the actuator of device, we use lightweight, compact and powerful McKibben Artificial Muscle. By the link-slide compound mechanism, the trajectory of the Standing Up Support approximates with the movement of human standing action. Besides, this device is excepted to be used for leg rehabilitation. In this paper, we present construction and function of Standing Up Support Device and some evaluation results will be shown.
