To solve three dimensional structures of protein is important for not only basic science, but also pharmaceutical industries. One of the most popular methods for protein structure analysis is X-ray crystallography. A sample exchange system is a key technology for high-throughput X-ray experiments. Structural Biology Research Center in KEK has developed and operated sample exchange system PAM at beamline 5A, 17A, AR-NW12A and AR-NE3A, and PAM-HC at beamline 1A of Photon Factory (PF). Because time required for data acquisition has become shorter recently, faster sample exchange system is desired. In this paper, we introduce newly-developed sample exchange system. Moreover, preliminary experimental results of sample position calibration in a liquid nitrogen dewar of new system is described.
