抄録

We have proposed a method called "human prototype" as a user evaluation method for robot applications. This technique needs to be implemented in the actual customer field.

However, in the current situation where the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) is spreading, it is difficult to carry out the evaluation in the situation where there are many users such as retail stores.

Therefore, we evaluated the "Acting-out" method as a preliminary step to the "human prototype" method as a need verification of the material handling robot for retail stores. As a result, we were able to confirm the effectiveness of the "Acting-out" method that can be evaluated in a simulated environment.
