Abstract

It is not easy for beginners to learn how to press piano keys accurately and they also cannot easily use both hands at the same time when playing. And playing the piano requires various kinds of techniques such as correct keying. Thus, it is necessary to practice for a long time to play the piano well. Currently, there are plenty of systems for enhancing playing skill. For example, it is possible to provide more useful assist using haptics when playing a musical instrument. However, these methods rely on visual presentation. The purpose is to establish a method that does not require visual presentation. Auditory presentation is less accurate than visual presentation. Significant differences were seen in the evaluations of beginners and experts, suggesting performance improvements regardless of operation. Therefore, beginners were expected to become more proficient by changing the fadeback in the auditory presentation task.
