Currently, there is active development of autonomous driving around the world. Remote control technology is a necessary technology to realize autonomous car. The purpose of this study is to improve the operability of autonomous car during remote control. Driving experiments were conducted using a driving simulator while changing the in-vehicle camera placement. Based on the results of subjective evaluation by the experiment collaborators, we examined what kind of image presentation would improve the teleoperability of the system. As a result, camera placement patterns that improve remote operability could be identified according to driving conditions.
