抄録

Evolution of XR technology and Metaverse in recently, flexible piezoelectric devices are required for virtual reality and communication robots. We are developing pre-charge type tactile device. And we extended to multi-points actuation. This device is very thin and developed multi-point control circuit for make flexible metaverse application.
