It is important for pedestrians to be careful about safety to prevent traffic accidents while walking. The purpose of this research is to reveal how to change pedestrian behavior by applying direct physical stimulation. We propose a method to create a shoe device that supports walking during normal walking, but gradually reduces support before the stop position, and then stops at the stopping position. In this paper, we developed a shoe device using a mechanism with springs and cams. When the ankle joint is dorsiflexed, it stores energy in the elastic member, and when it plantarflexes, it can release that energy to compensate for push-off. The compressed state of the spring can be maintained by rotating the servo motor. This allows the support to be removed during walking. We experimented to investigate the effect of wearing the device. The results showed that it was possible to change walking behavior intuitively.
