Abstract

In recent years, in vivo pathological studies using liver organoids have attracted much attention. In this research, we thought of fabricating multiparameter sensor that can measure multiple chemical species, such as dissolved oxygen and pH, with a single probe insertion. We think that 3D printing technology is effective for fabricating multi-parameter sensors, and we have been studying on fabrication of oxygen sensors by combining 3D printing and photolithography as a validation. The experiment revealed that long response time was a problem of the sensor. In this paper, we expected that the distance from the probe tip to the electrode would be the dominant factor, so we designed and evaluated the sensing part based on the analysis. The response time was reduced to 140 s for the shortened distance design.
