The CYBATHLON event is a competition where people with disabilities and engineers team up to tackle various barriers encountered in daily life using cutting-edge assistive devices. The third edition of the event is scheduled to take place in Zurich, Switzerland, in October 2024, preceded by the CYBATHLON Challenge 2024 held on February 2, 2024. The authors aimed to participate in the Wheelchair Race of the main event in 2024. This paper reports on Team OECU's efforts in participating in the CYBATHLON Challenge 2024 Wheelchair Race, focusing primarily on the evaluation process, various documents required for submission, and the actual competition.
