Abstract

We evaluated the shape of cell spheroids fabricated under different vibration conditions. To optimize the vibration conditions, we compared the shapes of cell spheroids fabricated under different voltage and frequency conditions. The cell spheroids were incubated for 2 hours in a self-made incubator after 10 minutes of vibration application, and their shapes were evaluated after 5 days of incubation. The shape reproducibility of the cell spheroid fabrication method in vibration-induced flow was successfully improved.
