This paper describes on the experimentations to the adaptive use of EDLC. The first experimentation, we produced HEV battery (Pb/H_2SO_4/Pb_<o2>) and EDLC on board. The second experimentation, we produced LRV EDLC only on board. The running test systems are composed of the Bogie on the Railroad track, and the module EDLC BANK with electrical transmission circuits. This transmission has bilateral action.
