The model of the molecular diffusion of a single DNA nucleotide through the nanoporous membrane of a solid thin film has been developed. The molecular dynamics (MD) method has been used for the atomic level modeling of the DNA nucleotide together with the atomic structure of the nanoporous solid membrane. The force field potential for the DNA nucleotide was adopted. Characteristics of the dynamics of the biomolecule have been investigated. Interaction force between different types of nucleotides and atoms of nanopore can serve as a marker for nucleotide types.
