Mathematical models to simulate the stress-induced cell death of two kinds of cells coexisting with different stress-sensitivities was proposed and developed. Three models with reaction kinetic formulation were presented and the analytical solution for each model was obtained. Unsteady changes in number fractions of damaged cells and dead cells and their dependency on rate constants of cell damage and death were investigated. The results were characterized and compared between the three models. Also, the result shows that the cell death rate in the range of lower hyperthermic-temperature can be described successfully by the model presented in this study.
