The catalyst layer in PEFC is made by a process of mixing, coating, and drying using carbon, ionomer, and platinum. It is known that the fine structure changes due to physical phenomena, but they have not been clarified. Therefore, in the field of research and mass production, the manufacturing conditions are changed, trial production is repeated to evaluate the completed film and the results are fed back to the manufacturing conditions. We propose the data-driven development using machine learning in order to implement it efficiently. In this report, we investigated the data acquisition method using a microsensor. We were able to measure the data of the impedance and the phase that changed during drying process.
