In this study, a new condition of vortex shedding from the boundary layer of the flat plate was proposed. Vortices was directly arranged on the boundary of the flat plate and the strength of vortices were adjusted to satisfy the no-slip condition. And if the ratio of vertical componet of induced velocity at the outer boundary of the boundary layer to horizontal component cross above 0.2, then secondary vortices were shed from the boundary layer. In the case of the interaction of the primary vortex and the flat plate, the flow pattern is classified with the non-dimensionalised factor. And the interactions of the primary vortex and the secondary vortices was clarified.
