Abstract
This paper proposes the new risk assessment method for logistic machinery. The establishment of safety measure for the nearby operation of dangerous parts of logistics such as the maintenace or the trouble shooting was the most important problem for securing safety of operators. The "management division" control which devided the safety measure into 4 types such as division B (intrinsic safety), division 1 (isolation between machine and human), division 2 (machine stop) and divisions3 (nearby operation of dangerous parts) was proposed. The quantitative evaluation list of the risk which evaluated the rank of safety measure of every hazard factor or every life cycle operation was also proposed in this study.
