For the development of a personal mobility vehicle which can utilize the public transport systems without supports by the others, an information service system is developed in this paper. For the information service system, ultrasonic wave transmitters which are attached to the environment and a receiver which is attached to the vehicle are developed. The information service smart phone application and the mobility vehicle support server are also developed to provide the environment information to the user (maps, the position of the use, etc). In the real environment, the experiments had been held to certify the ability of the system.
