Recently, the maintenance of bus routes has become a difficult situation due to the progress of motorization and rapid progression of aging and depopulation in the whole country. Many municipalities have introduced Demand Transportation as a countermeasure, ensuring profitability becomes a big problem. In this study, it proposed the method of utilizing the empty taxi and the taxi waiting passengers at stations unenforceable in the current law, and it simulated on the Tamaki town, Mie Prefecture. As a result, it was found to be 31.2% reduction in the commission fees by utilizing it.
