The field of the technical high school seems to be far from the actual industry field. Over the years we became acquinted with the small and medium-scale enterprises workers, and we have been looking around various enterprises ever since. We are astonished at the latest machine and the skilled worker. Nowadays, the small and medium-scale enterprises have developed information technology. Moreover we have learned many things from workers. We need to study in cooperation with various enterprises. This paper describes the educational practices of the technical high school which cooperated with the small and medium-scale enterprises.
