In this paper, I will describe how environmental management system (EMS) in Chiba University works. Chiba University utilizes EMS as a chance to give students business education. The Students ISO committee, which consists of students who take the EMS course I or II which is provided by the university, plays an important role in the EMS. This program was awarded with the Good Practice Program in University Education by MEXT.
