Abstract
The strategy which was thought when one research associate of mechanical engineering planed some education programs alone is introduced. Although the way of education is often discussed in the discussion of engineering education and technology education, how the education was planed is not explain. Much kind of jobs should be considered, when it is considered what the student studying in faculty of engineering will be required. Here, many kind of people is thought as the targets of engineering education. Under the situation, points of task and needs are discussed. Although planed education program must have plan for spread, it is not time to search the channel for spread, now. The strategy of each stage should be planed based on consideration of diversity in career pass.
