Abstract
Tashiro tree leaves powdering mill with watermill was established in 1922 by Mr. Yoichi Tutsumi at Kuroki-machi, Fukuoka pref. The powder has used as the material of incense. In about 1995 they changed using watermill energy to electric energy. However the watering system was preserved, therefore we can re-use, except watermill. The watermill was one type of undershot waterwheel. The site was planned and constructed very well with consideration wise use of land form. Also water has used for not only watermill but also many uses.
