This paper proposes a video generation application with compensation for an audiovisual information. The system receives a presentation file containing narration texts as input data and generates a video file as output data in which a CG agent explains the content of the presentation. In the generated video, the CG agent explains the content of the presentation using voice and gestures, and subtitles of the spoken texts and keywords are displayed in synchronized with the explanation. These functions compensate for visual and auditory accessibility. Using the video generation function of this system, we attempted to produce a DVD to be distributed to family associations, support center organizations, and community supporters who are engaged in higher brain dysfunction support.
