National Bioresource Project in RIKEN BRC

Abstract

RIKEN BioResource Center (BRC) performs collection and distribution of Arabidopsis seeds, plant cDNA and plant cultured cells as a part of National Bioresource Project. Our major resources are as follows: Arabidopsis seeds for transposon-tagged lines and activation-tagged lines; Arabidopsis full-length cDNA clones. Users can receive these resources by submitting MTA and payment for user fee. We explain the procedure for application and also our future plan for this project.
