Abstract
At present, the pollen of Cryptomeria japonica(C.japonica) becomes representative allergic disease in early spring in Japan. This is the example in which the plant gives the effect for another organism (animal).Medical countermeasure or plant physiological countermeasure is required in order to solve the sugi pollinosis. However, effective treatment of the sugi pollinosis and countermeasure of the pollen of C.japonica to the source has not been used practically. Effective measures were to deal with the gibberellins (GAs) of a kind of the plant hormone as a technology of the seed production most.Then, the plant hormone that was included for this plant was analyzed.And,it dealt with the inhibitor of the biosynthesis of GAs.Here,the research for the purpose of the prevention of the dispersion of the pollen of the C.japonica is introduced on application and practical application to the field from the laboratory using the growth regulation of the plant.
