It is well known that aerial photographs are utilized for studying geomorphological features of landslide areas, for the reason that they are a miniature copy of the actual place.
The writer shows the ways of detecting minor patterns of relief, drainage, vegetation, land use, etc. Which are recognition elements of a landslide.
A landslide is represented as a form of geomorphological or geographical anomary on aerial photographs. Types of sliding movements be interpreted from abovementioned minor features.
References between geological structure and location of landslide, kinds of rocks and type of sliding movements are also shown in this paper.
