Abstract
The possibility of the reformation of organic titanium complex coating to hydrophilic by UV irradiation and UV irradiation after heating was tested. As the result, the coating was reformed to a hydrophilic property by UV irradiation after heating (over two hundreds fifty degrees centigrade) in a short time, and its possibility of the application for processless CTP was recognized.
