Abstract
In the Internet which many and unspecified users use, the needs for receiving and transmitting contents safely and certainly are increasing, and copyright protection technology attracts attention. We have so far developed DRM system (SecureStarDRM) dealing with the multi-Security Policy using visible digital watermarking developed uniquely. This time, we stored right-related information and the consent conditions for distribution in the intellectual-property-rights database based on the content ID specification which Content ID Forum advocates, made the prototype system which controls the copyrights protection function developed so far according to this condition, and verified the function.
