抄録

Knowledge transfer in various workplaces has been gaining attention in recent years, due to a declining birthrate and aging population, knowledge transfer, especially tacit knowledge transfer, is becoming an increasing challenge. Also, advances in technologies such as sensing and AI are bringing about new solutions to knowledge transfer challenges, such as the conversion of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge. This paper explains the process of transfer and creation of new knowledge based on transferred knowledge, using knowledge creation theory.

The transfer and creation of knowledge utilizes past knowledge for the future and is an essential process for the development of society and organizations, and what drives people to engage in this process is the realization of the ideal of the common good.
