Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop the implement as a means for reducing uncomfortableness of waiting. To begin with, the various elements which is concerned with waiting were systematized by KJ method. From its result, it was found that the relation between the psychological condition and the time was an essential element. Then a hypothesis atout waiting was made. The hypothesis established by observations the behavior of waiting persons. By making use of design methods considered from the hypothesis, problems that the investigation made clear were solved. Finally a implement for waiting to support body was proposed.
